A correctly priced property will spend less time on market, encounter fewer problems during escrow and will result in a smoother sales transaction. Amy and I utilize our personal experience, market analysis and powerful research tools to establish a realistic valuation of your property. The goal is always to maximize the value of the property.

Bluesage Properties, Inc. offers management services for single family residential properties, multi-family residential properties, condominium properties as well as commercial properties. We can make owning an income-producing property easy by doing most of the work for you.
RENOVATE AND SELL:
Renovating and updating a property can add great value, helping the seller to achieve the highest possible sales price. Homes that have been recently renovated and updated, sell more quickly than those that are outdated or functionally obsolete. Bluesage Properties, Inc. can help you decide which alterations will add the most value. For repairs or renovations, we will work closely with our network of contractors to provide a written proposal for the work, arrange for contractor supervision for the work to be performed, see the work through to completion and sell the completed home for the highest possible price.
